Ou seja, se o expoente for par, teremos como resultado a matriz identidade e, caso o expoente for ímpar, a própria matriz [tex3]\text{X}[/tex3] . Como no exercício ele quer a matriz [tex3]\text{X}^{2021}[/tex3] , cujo expoente é ímpar, teremos:

[tex3]\text{X}^{2021}=\text{X}[/tex3]

[tex3]\text{X}^{2021}=\left( \begin{array}{cc}
1 & k \\
0 & -1
\end{array} \right)[/tex3]

Soma dos elementos: [tex3]1+k+0-1[/tex3]
