Re: (Peru/2001)Sistema
Questão clássica. O jeito mais fácil é ir por polinômios. Seja o polinômio, em t, de raízes x, y e z. Façamos:
[tex3]t^3 + at^2 + bt+ c= 0[/tex3]
Nosso objetivo vai ser calcular a, b e c. Logo de cara, sabemos que
[tex3]a = -(x+y+z) =-1 \Longrightarrow a = - 1[/tex3]
Agora, [tex3]x^2+y^2 + z^2 = (x+y+z)^2 - 2(xy+xz+yz) \Longrightarrow 9= 1-2(xy+xz+yz) \Longrightarrow xy+xz+yz=-4[/tex3]
de modo que [tex3]b = xy+xz+yz=-4[/tex3] .
Falta apenas calcular [tex3]c[/tex3] . Usamos para isso a última informação que [tex3]x^3 + y^3 +z^3 = 1[/tex3] . Podemos escrever,
[tex3](x+y+z)^3 = x^3 + 3x^2(y+z) + 3x(y+z)^2 + (y+z)^3 \\ (x+y+z)^3 = x^3 + 3x^2(y+z)+3x(y^2+2yx+z^2) + (y^3+3y^2z+3yz^2 +z^3)
\\ (x+y+z)^3 = x^3+y^3+z^3 + 3x^2(y+z)+3y^2(x+z)+3z^2 (x+y) +6xyz \\ (x+y+z)^3 = x^3 + y^3 +z^3 +3(x^2 y+x^2 z +y^2 x+y^2 z+z^2 x+z^2 y )+6xyz \\ (x+y+z)^3 = x^3+y^3+z^3 + 3(xy(x+y) +xz(x+z)+zy(z+y))+6xyz \\ (x+y+z)^3 = x^3 +y^3+z^3 + 3(x+y+z)(xy+xz+zy) -3xyz \\ \therefore 1^3 = 1+3(1)(-4) -3xyz \Longrightarrow xyz = - 4 [/tex3]
donde tiramos que [tex3]c=-xyz = 4[/tex3] . Logo, [tex3]t^3 -t^2-4t+4[/tex3] é o polinômio procurado. Agora, queremos as somas das 4 potências. Segue que, utilizando a soma de Newton,
[tex3]S_4 - S_3 - 4S_2 +4S_1 = 0 \Longrightarrow S_4 - 1-4(9)+4(1)= 0 \Longrightarrow S_4 = 33[/tex3] de modo que o resultado pedido é 4/33
