"No one was available at the Interior Ministry to comment on the protesters’ reports."

Observando as alternativas:
a) someone at the Interior Ministry commented on the reports
R.: Falsa. Não havia ninguém disponível para comentar.

b) Nobody at the Interior Ministry didn’t comment on the reports.
R.: É justamente o oposto, isto é, “Nobody at the Interior Ministry commented on the reports.”

c) Anybody at the Interior Ministry commented on the reports.
R.: Falsa.

d) The reports were commented on by someone at the Interior Ministry.
R.: Falsa.

e) The reports were commented on by no one at the Interior Ministry.
R.: Correto.
