Olá, ASPIRADEDEU.

O verbo "are raising" no presente contínuo indica que as empresas Globo e TVA estão aumentando a intensidade de sua competição no mercado de TV paga, enquanto o verbo "rise" no presente simples indica que o número de assinantes de TV paga no Brasil esperado aumentará cinco vezes até o final da década.
