Duas sequências são formadas pelos termos gerais:

[tex3]a_n=\left(\frac{(-1)^{n+1}}{2n-1}\right)[/tex3] e [tex3]b_n=(-1)^n\left(\frac{n+1}{2n-1}\right)[/tex3]

Quando [tex3]n[/tex3] tende para o infinito, pode-se observar que o comportamento dessas sequências é dado, respectivamente, por:

a) Divergente; convergente para zero.
b) Divergente; divergente.
c) Convergente para zero; convergente para zero.
d) Convergente para zero; divergente.

Analisando [tex3]a_n[/tex3] :

[tex3]-1^{n+1}[/tex3] será igual a 1 se [tex3]n[/tex3] for ímpar.
[tex3]-1^{n+1}[/tex3] será igual a -1 se [tex3]n[/tex3] for par.

Se [tex3]n[/tex3] tende ao infinito, então [tex3]2n-1[/tex3] também tenderá.

[tex3]\lim_{n\rightarrow\infty}\frac{(-1)^{n+1}}{2n-1}=\frac{x}{\infty}=0[/tex3]

Analisando [tex3]b_n[/tex3] :

[tex3]\lim_{n\rightarrow\infty}\left[(-1)^n\left(\frac{n+1}{2n-1}\right)\right]=\lim_{n\rightarrow\infty}\left[(-1)^n\left(\frac{n}{2n}\right)\right]=\lim_{n\rightarrow\infty}\left[(-1)^n\left(\frac{1}{2}\right)\right]=\lim_{n\rightarrow\infty}\frac{(-1)^n}{2}=\begin{cases}\frac{1}{2},\text{ se }n\text{ par}\\-\frac{1}{2},\text{ se }n\text{ ímpar}\end{cases}[/tex3]

Resposta: d.
