[tex3]\sqrt{x^2-3x}=x\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{x}}=x-\frac{3}{2}+O(1/x)\\[/tex3]
Portanto [tex3]e^{x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}\to e^{3/2}[/tex3]
[tex3]\sqrt{x^2-3x}=x\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{x}}=x-\frac{3}{2}+O(1/x)\\[/tex3]
Portanto [tex3]e^{x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}\to e^{3/2}[/tex3]

Eu utilizei o fato que [tex3](1+x)^n=1+nx+\frac{n(n-1)}{2!}x^2+\frac{n(n-1)(n-2)}{3!}x^3+\dots[/tex3]

Consegui , vou tentar deixar uma resolução completa, vamos lá:
[tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty} e^{x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}[/tex3]
Seja [tex3]\begin{cases}f(x)=e^x \\ g(x)=x+\sqrt{x^2-3x} \end{cases} \Rightarrow f[g(x)]= e^{x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}[/tex3]
Ou seja, a função inicial é composta e a propriedade dos limites de um função composta nos diz que: [tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow a}f[g(x)]=f[\lim_{x\rightarrow a}g(x)][/tex3]
Portanto: [tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty} e^{x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}=e^{\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}[/tex3]
Então iremos trabalhar apenas com [tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}[/tex3] que é isso que irá nos interessar.
[tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}\frac{(x-\sqrt{x^2-3x})}{x-\sqrt{x^2-3x}}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{x^2-\sqrt{(x^2-3x)^2}}{x-\sqrt{x^2-3x}}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{x^2-|x^2-3x|}{x-\sqrt{x^2-3x}}[/tex3]
Perceba que para valores negativos, que é o que nos interessa no problema, [tex3]|x^2-3x|=x^2-3x[/tex3] , pois para valores negativo o que está dentro do módulo será sempre positivo.
Logo [tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{x^2-|x^2-3x|}{x-\sqrt{x^2-3x}}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{3x}{x-\sqrt{x^2-3x}}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{3x}{x-\sqrt{x^2(1-\frac{3}{x}})}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{3x}{x-|x|\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{x}}}[/tex3]
Agora, no entanto, perceba que para valores negativos, [tex3]|x|=-x[/tex3] , assim,
[tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{3x}{x-|x|\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{x}}}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{3x}{x+x\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{x}}}=\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty}\frac{3}{1+\sqrt{1-\frac{3}{x}}}[/tex3] que aplicando o limite nos dá [tex3]\boxed{3/2}[/tex3]
Finalmente, concluímos que o limite inicial é [tex3]\boxed{\boxed{e^{3/2}}}[/tex3]
[tex3]\lim_{x\rightarrow -\infty} e^{x+\sqrt{x^2-3x}}[/tex3]
