[tex3]x+ \frac 1 x = 1 \therefore x^2 + 2 +\frac 1 {x^2} = 1 \therefore x^2 + \frac 1 {x^2} = - 1 \\ (x^2 + \frac 1 {x^2} ) ^3 = -1 \therefore x^6 + 3x^4 \cdot \frac 1 {x^2} + 3 \cdot x^2 \frac{1}{x^4} + \frac{1}{x^6} = - 1 \therefore x^6 +3(x^2+ \frac 1 {x^2} )+ \frac 1 {x^6} =- 1 \therefore x^6 + \frac 1 {x^6}
